Maintenance of Hamilton Sundstrand 14 SF propeller

Norrønafly Propeller & NDT (NF) is a “true one-stop-shop” for propeller maintenance. According to our propeller expert, Jan Petter Selvik, NF has worked closely with Hamilton for almost 50 years and is well acquainted with their Hamilton 14 SF propeller.

As an approved aircraft workshop by EASA, FAA, and CAA (NO) all our mechanics and support staff are trained according to requirements, and we have close cooperation with Hamilton Sundstrand Propellers.

We offer complete repair and overhaul for the Hamilton 14 SF, which includes aircraft types as Dash 8 (100/200/300) and ATR 42/72. On request, we can also offer repair and overhaul of Hamilton 14 RF for aircraft types such as EMB 120, Casa 235, Saab 340.

Modern turboprops as 14 SF in composite represents “state-of-the-art” technology. Blades can be replaced individually. Combined with our extended logistic and transport service, this will reduce turn-around-time (TAT) and increase maintenance efficiency. Jan Petter states the key importance of having trained staff and all necessary tools and equipment in-house for a faster and better complete repair and overhaul.
