Norronafly is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the EU Privacy Policy (2016/679) of 27. April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). This privacy statement explains when and why we are collecting personal information, how we use them, under what circumstances we may disclose them to others, and how we maintain the security of this information. The privacy statement applies to the use of our products and activities related to sales, marketing and customer agreement execution. It also applies to individuals seeking a job at Norronafly.

Norronafly is a company that performs repair, service and maintenance for the aviation industry. The company is located in Norway, but provides services to customers all over the world. Our authority to collect personal data
Collection of personal data based on your consent
We collect personal information given with consent using the consent forms that store the documentation associated with the consent provided by the individual.
Individual consents will always be stored and documented in our systems.
Collection of personal data based on contracts – we use personal information to fulfill obligations related to contracts and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
Collection of personal data based on legitimate interest we may use personal information if deemed to be of a justified interest, and if the privacy interests of the data subjects do not exceed this interest. In order to establish legal basis for data collection, a review is usually made to identify a mutual interest between Norronafly and individuals. This legal basis is primarily related to our sales and marketing purposes. We always inform individuals about your privacy rights and the purpose of collecting personal information.

What kind of personal information is collected?
We collect your name, phone number, job title and email address as well as the name and contact information of the company you work for. We may also collect feedback, comments and questions that we have received from you in service-related communications and activities, such as meetings, phone calls, documents, and e-mail. From our web pages we can collect the IP addresses and actions performed on the site. If you upload photos or videos, post posts or comments etc. On our web, the information can be read by anyone who has access to this page, and is used for purposes that neither Norronafly nor you are in control of. Thus, Norronafly has no responsibility for this information. If you apply for a job at Norronafly, we collect the information you provide during the application process. Norronafly does not collect and process special categories of personal information, such as unique identifiers and sensitive personal information.

How long do we take care of your personal information?
We store collected personal information as long as we believe it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the collection. At the same time, we consider the need to respond to requests from you or resolve potential issues, adhere to statutory requirements under applicable law, and to treat statutory claims/complaints. In addition, we take protection purposes into account. This means that we can store your personal information for a reasonable period after your last interaction with us. When the personal data that we have collected is no longer necessary, we delete them safely. We may process the information for statistical purposes, but in such cases the information will be anonymous.

• The right to request Norrønafly correct your personal information if they are inaccurate or Outdated.
• If you are a customer or a vendor you can request the data and that it is updated.
• The right to request that your personal information be deleted when it is no longer necessary for Norronafly to store such data.
• The right to revoke a consent to allow us to process your personal information at any time. For example, suppose you have agreed to receive digital marketing communications
• The right to request that Norronafly provide you with your personal information and whether possible forward this information directly (in a transferable format) to another data manager when – the processing is consent or contract based.
• Right to request that additional computing be limited if there is a dispute over the accuracy or processing of your personal data.
• The right to oppose the processing of personal information if the data processing is based on justified interest and/or direct marketing.

The use of cookies and web beacons
We use cookies and web beacons to collect information while navigating the company’s website (the webpage’s navigation information).
